Returns policy
You may return EV charging equipment within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, installed, or used.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once the returned item is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our terms.
