We installed a 6.5 kW system with the highest capacity 540W solar panels on a complex roof and clubbed that with a 15 kWh smart battery which can be charged with solar as well as grid energy at discounted night tariffs.
From start to finish, we had the customer's interest as the focus and designed the system around it. The result is a high performing system that is going to pay back in under 5 years possibly.
The high capacity battery is modular and can be expanded to cater to growing demand very easily. If the customer upgrades from a gas heating system to an air source heat pump, the expanded battery will help in further cutting the energy costs as well as carbon emissions.
