Eligibility for Returns

• Returns accepted within 7–14 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• All accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included.

Non-Returnable Conditions

• Installed or commissioned batteries.
• Products with physical damage, tampering, or missing parts.
• Items not returned in original packaging.

Defective / Faulty Units

• Covered under manufacturer warranty (15 years / up to ~6000 cycles)
• Faults must be verified by a certified installer or Enphase support team.
• Resolution will be repair or replacement, as per manufacturer policy.

• Provide images/videos for verification.
• Receive RMA (Return Authorization).
• Ship product securely.
• After inspection → replacement / repair / refund.

• Avoid corrosive or dusty environments.

4. Usage Best Practices

• Uses Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) chemistry for higher safety and stability
• Can be expanded up to ~40 kWh by adding units
• Avoid frequent deep discharge if not required.

5. Monitoring & Maintenance

• Monitor via Enphase App for performance and energy usage.
• Periodically check:
  • Cable connections
  • System alerts
• Supports remote diagnostics and automated warranty claims

• Do not expose to fire, flooding, or mechanical damage.
• Built-in protection includes:
