Faulty / Damaged Items

• Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.
• Manufacturer warranty (typically 10 years upon registration) covers defects.

Restocking & Shipping

• Restocking fee may apply (typically 10–25% depending on supplier).
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is faulty.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without charges.
• Once shipped, standard return conditions apply.

• Installation must be done by a qualified professional.
• Suitable for wall or floor mounting with proper support.
• Ensure correct inverter compatibility (Fox ESS hybrid systems recommended).
