Eligibility for Returns

Made-to-Order Note

• Modular battery systems may be treated as special order items, and cancellation/returns may not be allowed once dispatched (optional clause for your business protection).

Defective / Faulty Units

• Covered under manufacturer warranty (typically 5–10 years depending on brand & registration).
• Fault must be verified by a qualified installer or technician.
• Resolution: repair or replacement as per manufacturer guidelines.

• Receive RMA (Return Authorization).

• Install in a dry, well-ventilated indoor area.
• Avoid exposure to:
  • Moisture or water
  • Dust or corrosive environments
• Ensure stable, level surface for stacked modules.

4. Usage Best Practices

• Maintain recommended Depth of Discharge (80–90%) for longer battery life.
• Avoid frequent full discharge cycles.
• Ensure balanced usage across all modules for optimal performance.

5. Monitoring & Maintenance

• Use compatible inverter/app for real-time monitoring.
• Periodically check:
  • Cable connections
  • Battery status indicators
• No internal servicing required—do not open modules.

• Do not expose to fire, impact, or water immersion.
• Built-in protections typically include:
  • Overcharge / over-discharge
  • Short circuit protection
  • Temperature control
• Disconnect system and contact support in case of abnormal behavior.
