Eligibility for Returns

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories.

Non-Returnable Conditions

• Installed or commissioned batteries are non-returnable.
• Returns will not be accepted if damage is due to:
  • Incorrect installation
  • Mishandling or improper storage
  • External/environmental factors

Damaged or Faulty Items

• Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Covered under manufacturer warranty (typically up to 10 years, subject to registration and correct usage).

Restocking & Shipping

• Restocking fee may apply (10–25% depending on supplier).
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is faulty.

Installation & Setup

• Must be installed by a qualified solar professional.
• Supports wall-mounted or floor-standing installation.
• Designed to integrate with the Sigenergy SigenStor all-in-one system (inverter + EMS + EV charging).

• Depth of Discharge: ~96–100% usable range.
• Avoid:
  • Leaving battery at 0% charge for extended periods
  • Excessive high-load cycling beyond system limits
• Features AI-enabled battery management to optimise cycle life.

• Equipped with advanced Battery Management System (BMS) and safety protection layers.
• Minimal maintenance required:
  • Periodically check electrical connections
  • Monitor performance via mySigen App (LED + app monitoring available)
• Keep the unit clean and dust-free.

• Do not open, dismantle, or modify the battery.
• Avoid exposure to fire, water immersion, or physical damage.
• Always disconnect power before servicing.
